Can I book my holiday with TBG?


No. We are not a Travel Agent or Tour Operator nor do we take money to book your Flights, Hotels and Transport. We can however find them for you but you would directly pay the supplier and not us. More information on this can be discussed on an case by case basis. *TBG reserves the rights to deny service to any member





Guru Guides

When will I receive my Guru Guide after purchase?


Customers will receive Guru Guides within 7 days of purchase. This allows our team to make sure your itinerary is complete and sent over to us and gives the team the opportunity to make sure the Guide is Tailor Made and provides everything you want and need inside it. We do NOT supply the same guides to everyone. They really are tailor made!




What if I want to change my itinerary?


No problem! As long as you provide our Gurus with 24 hours notice before departure we will change it for you. If it is within 24 hours notice we cant guarentee you will receive it before departure but will do our best to get it to you ASAP.




Whats included in a Guru Guide?

At TBG we believe that travellers should have complete freedom over their trips. We also believe that you actually get the best rates direct with the suppliers and more can be done if you run into any issues. TBG can help you with this and we know all the tips and tricks along the way. We also deal with the suppliers on your behalf so you spend less time organising travel and resolving issues.

I am thinking of booking a flight and/or hotel what can my Travel Guru do?


Fantastic! Your Travel Guru can review your terms and conditions and make you aware of anything you really need to know. Your Travel Guru can also search around to make sure you have got the best price/deal going and offer alternatives if found. They can then be your point of contact and act on your behalf if you need to speak with your airline or hotel. *Please make your airline or hotel aware we are acting as your agent.

Can my Travel Guru arrange dinner reservations or transportation?


Yes! Restaurants: Your Travel Guru will find the most recommended places near your chosen location and can contact the restaurant to make reservations for your chosen place. Transportation: Your Travel Guru can find you the best transportation provider for wherever you want to go while in your destination. *If travel guru cannot find a reputable company that meets our strict safety guidelines we will tell you.




What can my Travel Guru monitor for me?


Your Travel Guru can monitor the following: 1. Flight Delays 2. Weather 3. Local Events in your destination 4. Global Events that could affect your trip and more!




What documentation do I need to take on a trip?


It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct documentation to travel, including a valid passport and appropriate visa (where required). You may not be permitted to board a flight should you not have the correct documentation. You can ask your Travel Guru on where to find this information but the responsibility remains yours.




I have just returned from my trip and would like to complain about a certain aspect of my holiday. Who do I speak to?


Speak with your Travel Guru before you speak to your supplier. We are able to help you make the best case or advise you on your chances of success.
